Once your order processing is complete, it is sent to our fulfillment center (s) and dispatched within 24 to 48 Business Hours.

Please note, in case of your order being placed after Friday 5 pm, it will be processed on Monday. Kindly consider this for longer fulfillment times during holidays as well.

Delivery timelines vary from location to location and calculated on best estimate basis.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information along with delivery estimate and our endeavour will be to have your orders delivered within provided timelines.

Once order is dispatched, you shall receive the AWB# (tracking number) of your package. The number gets activated within 24-48 Hours and can be used to track your order on delivery partner’s website.
